People who have completed 12 years of study in their own country, or also have the level of a student of 12 years of study. Also, people who are planning to graduate with 12 years of study experience. People who are physically and mentally healthy, and most importantly, each applicant must be a law-abiding citizen.

Application is acceptable at all time.

Please send the attached Application Form (for a short term course) with all the necessary information compleated, a copy of your passport (The page with your photo, and if you have ever been to Japan, the page that the length of your stay in Japan is stated) and two photos (Length 4 cm X width 3 cm), and also send the application fee of 5,000 yen by bank transfer to UNITAS. (Application fee will not be returned even if the result of the examination is failure)

UNITAS examines the documents as soon as they are received and informs you of the result in a few days. Then, UNITAS will send an Entrance Permit to the successful applicant after ascertaining the receipt of money from successful applicants.

As soon as the result of the application for the Certificate of Eligibility is published, applicants or guarantors/representatives will be informed. Those applicants granted a Certificate of Eligibility must send the tuition fee by bank transfer on a designated day. After confirming the receipt of money, Certificate of Eligibility will be sent to applicants.

After receiving the Entrance Permit, the successful applicant will prepare for their stay in Japan (applying for an apartment or dormitory, etc.) in the same way as a regular course. Obtain a temporary visa at an overseas Japanese Embassy in advance if needed to visit Japan.
