Many senior students entered Unitas with a lot of hopes and worries, and they completed a course. With a counseling system for advancing to university or problems with living, our school has a student life consulting section to support learning and trouble-free living.

Unitas is in a great location called Yamanashi, which is the best place to learn language with natural beauty. The school created a family atmosphere, and teachers were very kind. My interests in Japanese language increased day by day through the fascinating lessons. The relationship with teachers was just like with friends, we often talked over private things and after school, and it healed my homesickness.

The memories of 1.5 years I spent in Japan were all gathered in Unitas. The 5 story-building gave me very warm feeling. This warmth was coming from the kindness of teachers ,and the laughter of other students. The teachers didn’t only teach Japanese language, but also looked after our life and solved many problems. Hearing troubles like a friend, and gave us advice just like our own parents. I really appreciated that. I enjoyed the events, such as the culture experiences, BBQ, and Christmas party. I still keep in contact with the teachers after graduation, and having a good time with them. That’s about my study in Japan.

When I first started studying at UNITAS, I didn’t know Japanese at all. But with the help of the teachers I was able to pick it up fast. If we had any problems, the school helped us all the time.Having students from a variety of foreign countries studying in the same school was really enjoyable.

Before deciding to come to Japan for further studies, I had a lot of worries. But not anymore, as the security in Japan is good. and the availability of part-time jobs eased my living burden. Up to now, I have not encountered any major problems. YAMANASHI prf. Is totally different from TOKYO. Since there is natural beauty, it makes the whole prefecture seem more friendly.
Also, the number of students at UNITAS is much smaller as compared to schools in TOKYO.
My relationships with my teachers were not only scholastic but also supportive. This created a family atmosphere.

Part-time jobs
Resident status of “pre college” visa is essentially prohibited from work. But some students take part-time jobs, as well as study, to compensate for the school expenses or living costs.
In order to be able to work, you need to apply for the "permission for the activity outside requirement". Moreover, working hours are limited (daily working hours must be within 4 hours) and category of business is also limited (adult-entertainment business not allowed), therefore please consult the school when you need a part time job.
