We are excited to announce the start of Kofu City’s Japanese language classes for 2026!

Since 2020, UNITAS Kofu has been offering free Japanese language classes for foreign residents under a commission from KOFU City ✨

🌸 Japanese Language Class for Parents & Caregivers

🌸 Japanese Language Class for Children

Dates: Saturdays, June 27 – September 5, 2026 (10 sessions)

Parenting Class
Learn Japanese for everyday life and communicate more confidently in your community. Participants will also have opportunities to talk about parenting and share experiences with others.

Children’s Class
Children will learn Japanese through fun activities, games, and conversations with teachers and friends.

💼 Online Japanese Language Class for Work

Dates: Tuesdays, July 7 – October 27, 2026 (15 sessions)

Course Content
Learn simple Japanese communication skills used in the workplace and everyday work situations.

📚 Online Japanese Language Class for Those Aiming for JLPT N3 Level

Dates: Wednesdays, July 8 – October 28, 2026 (15 sessions)

Course Content
Learn Japanese for common situations in daily life (moving, meeting people, emergencies, celebrations, etc.) as well as workplace communication, with the goal of reaching the JLPT N3 level.

🎓 Japanese Language Class for Students Aiming to Enter High School

Dates: Thursdays, July 9 – November 19, 2026 (15 sessions)

Course Content
Study Japanese language and Japanese school subjects together with experienced teachers and senior students to prepare for high school entrance.
